I was tickled to see in the picture that the CPA certificate was displayed so prominently for everyone to see. All wannabe-buyers walking through the house would be “proud” to be funding the CPA-seller’s retirement dreams.
My CPA certificate, in comparison, rots in the closet. I am now a proud Stepford wife who does lunch with the country-club ladies.
