I didn’t see where the OP said you can have any house you want in La Jolla at 10% off the last listing price, or that an offer for 6.whatever in San Carlos doesn’t mean you won’t get outbid on a subset of 1 Dream of a house, especially if kismet is around. No one knows for sure how an offer is going to go but if I were shopping in La Jolla I would like to be armed with all the macro and micro data I could find.
