I was in Ramona an hour ago. Westbound 67 was pretty congested. And that was before they announced the evacuation of the entire town. Interestingly, HVR was nearly empty.
Don’t go there sightseeing. You’ll make it harder for people to evacuate and you risk getting stuck in traffic on your way back. There’s nothing there to see, anyway.
