I understand your point about the list being for the top ten cities to live, you have a valid point. Vacationing/visiting a city can have a very different experience than actually living there. I have lived in four different cities, all in the US – Austin, Chicago, San Diego and Seattle. Of those four, Seattle is the best except for the miserable weather and short summers.
