I thought you may have decided to pass when I saw the house was back on the MLS. It will be interesting to follow the fate of the house, it really is a premium location and would have had multiple offers during the boom. If it sits it will be a true indication of how bad things really have become. I have seen several houses in the last couple of weeks that I thought would go but they are still sitting.
