I think what is so distasteful in these raises that while the rest of the world probably hasn’t seen raises in awhile or for that matter are lucky to even be working, these folks shower themselves in raises above the typical rate, even in GOOD economy…
Yes, those banks that took from Fed stole a lot more. But it doesn’t excuse these government workers from abusing the system too…
If you compare the numbers, Sanders makes a hell of a lot less than either of them. And arguably he runs the entire city (more than the 4000+ employees)
Next time you folks get pulled over and ticketed, take heart in that probably part of that went to that head pig’s raise.
