I think the winter of 2011 will be bottom. We’ll see a 5% decrease in prices from current levels by then.
But, ultimately those that are waiting for folks in the media (including this site and others like it) to declare a bottom, they will totally miss out on the “bargain”. Some of the posts have it right here. There are too many eyes on this market, and bargains are hard to come by. Bargains are a result of hard work and diligence, not only market timing.
