I think folks tried to argue retroactive tax was unconstitutional.. (seriously)…But, I think that was shot down…. So, in theory I suppose anything is possible.
I think the point is…As long as we have a balanced government of enough disagreeing politicians, everything will be ok… The moment we have a disturbance in the force with one part domination, that’s when all hell breaks loose… Again, be more afraid of CA government then Fed… At the Fed level, you still have enough people disagreeing on policy. You won’t have that at the CA state level…
