I stand corrected, Blakstad is closer to the power line. So, if it’s not the power line, then what is it? It can’t all be contributed to the front of the house. I don’t don’t know when they both went pending, so I can’t say if price has dropped in a month or increased in a month (depending on who went pending first). However, Blakstad was listed mid October while Glendover was listed in late August. So, both buyers must have cross shopped between the two. I’m at lost as to why there’s such a big price difference between the two. Maybe it’s the floor plan?
Back to the original property, it doesn’t hurt to put in a $420k offer to see where it goes. I personally wouldn’t pay more than $420k for the Bannister houses and I wouldn’t even consider the Glendover houses due to the lot size and how squished in it feels there.
