I should have checked this thread out earlier to voice my opinion on the best musical:
Paint Your Wagon. Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin were awesome. Here’s a little sample of Clint in “Gold Fever”:

My other favorite is Les Miserables. I remember listening to a narrated version on the radio every Sunday back in the day. (Didn’t grow up with a television).
