I send 99% of the job inquiries I receive straight to Wipro for this very reason. I don’t think they can even get that rate in India.
Don’t deal with those recruiter/contract houses at all, they are almost all a bunch of crooks. If they can find a sucker for that job they will be charging the customer $100/hr or more and pocketing $65/hr for themselves.
