I remember reading about some state’s bailout plans a while ago, and from what I remember, their qualification process was really strict. People were saying that the criteria would stop the majority of people who wanted the assistance from getting it.
Also, people will still have to ask for assistance. If they treat the solicitations they get like it’s just another creditor trying to get their money back from them, they could easily pass on their bailout w/o realizing it.
