I really think life was better for lawyers in the old days. … When I worked in municipal finance I remember looking at some old deals that were documented on just a few short pages. That mutated into hundreds of closely spaced typewritten pages. Man it woulda been nice have the secretary type up a few pages collect a big fee and hit the golf course..
