You asked for facts. I gave you some. All you seemed to have was alot of people looking at a house and some at best unreliable promises from a real estate agent that lots of houses were getting lots of offers, same as they were last year. (Look how great it turned out, first year since WWII to record a decline) Ill trust the facts, you trust with RE agents trying to sell a house tell you and well see who gets a better deal.
