I read the article three days ago, and am still shaking my head in wonderment and dismay that people can be this clueless (And Lisa’s post on this board did nothing to alleviate that). Their “Supernanny” episode was on the Style Channel this morning; I’m sure they’ll run it again, but be aware that to watch it requires a strong stomach.
The reason that she did the show? “Steve and I just film SUPERNANNY which sucked becasue it was more editing then anything puting bad clips back to back making it look like were bad.But the real thing is i did the show for my Kids .I wanted them to get noticed .” (cut-and-pasted quote)

To those curious about the “Daniels Ranch”, there is a photo album with 30 shots of the house. Not my taste, but easy to see where $1.5 million went.
Despite their incredible lack of judgement, I do feel sorry for them and their situation. Personal character flaw on my part, I know.
