I read about a half dozen running books recently and some history of world war one and two. A little Lemony Snickets book about unpleasant things or something like that , you would like that.
Two health books I liked are “The First 20 Minutes” tries to explain what is actually known and not known about aerobic and anaerobic exercise doses and frequency and their effects on health and aging.
Also “Spent” a six week guide by a Dr. for how to recover from exhaustion and set your body and mind on a balanced energetic path. Lots of strict diet and alcohol and sugars stuff, yoga, massage, etc. Highly recommends to include exercise but not going to extremes of exercise.
I have two self help books that would probably be good for me but can’t get moving on them. “Chimp Paradox” and “Thinking Fast and SLow”
