I personally don’t care as I don’t see how anything could make a difference at this point.
People will soon realize that it makes much more sense to toss their keys and buy a cheap foreclosure across the street vs. stretching to make their current payments (regardless of bailout plan). Nothing can stop that tsunami once it gets rolling.
