Frankly, you don’t have too much selection. Most of the boilers these days are only made by a few manufacturers, so picking one versus the other isn’t that much useful. For example GE boilers sold at places like home depot are rebranded Rheem’s. They do this to make it more frustrating for buyers to compare, just like matresses.
I think you just need a licensed plumber to get it replaced. Don’t even bother to try to save the cost of the tank itself. the arm/leg portion is in the install.
