I need to sit this one out, it’s all greek to me, my area of experise is confined to a single zip code, you guys know the hood, I don’t. My only point is the chronological price point is valid to me, as soon as that is settled, I’ll vote on weather bottom has arrived. However, I may have to retract some predictions if current trends hold, the low end has bounced off it’s February lows for six straight months, NCC may dodge the bullet if it holds out a little longer since the low end is looking at the bottom in the rear view mirror, 2001 pricing may not last much longer in those areas and may already be gone, if true, it wont get to some places.
