I like ‘Tuff Stuff’. Its branded as an automotive upholstery cleaner, but it really works on any fabric.
Spray it on, wait a few minutes and then scrub like hell will a plastic bristle brush. Scrub again with some water, pat dry and start over. Should come out eventually.
