I heard that rumor back in 2011, when I was looking in Del Sur. This year, I heard it again from a friend who lives there. My friend also said that In-N-Out will be in there somewhere.
I’m not thrilled about the traffic either (I live in 4S sort of near Del Norte HS), but I do love Target… 🙂
