I have the best tools available. Far better than what you all have on the Internet and it takes a long time to find the right house at the right price in most cases. Could you get lucky and find one right away? Sure but that is easier said than done. The key is educate yourself for a bit, get good help and act decisively when the right opportunity pops up.
