I have seen many more posts hoping for a housing correction of Bubble 2.0 than hoping for more appreciation. I happen to agree with them.

September 2025 housing data: inventory flat, prices slightly down
August 2025 housing data: inventory declines but still on the high side; prices weaken
July 2025 housing data: inventory corrects
