I have been using a combination of sites. SDLookup and Redfin They are good at providing sales history of the properties and surrounding properties. I’ve been postings some NODs for houses in many ZIPs, although it’s looking to be more an exercise in futility since banks are taking their sweet time foreclosing on them.
