I have a partner in this deal and he was advised from a realtor to get a Termite report before listing. I don’t see why we would want a Termite inspection prior to listing. I have never heard of doing this prior to listing unless you suspect an issue. I also agree that the buyer may want a new inspection done anyway and we would be paying twice. I would like to hear from other realtors on this board.
