I guess I should tell that to the new client that was just I met with today who has $250,000 cash to put down. He seemed happy that rates on loans he was looking at had just fallen about 2%. oh well, I guess he must be the only the one.
There are all of 8 homes in the San dieguito school district (Encinitas/So carlsbad) with at least 2400 sq ft and 4br’s under 850,000. I guess it wont matter to them or the relo buyers that will be scrambling for something like that either.
