I got the Thunderbolt specifically for the 4G feature and I’ve been 100% satisfied with that choice. Once you start surfing the net with a 4.3″+ screen and 4G LTE speed, everything else looks and feel inadequate. My personal priority list would be LTE, then 4″+ screen, then everything else. The Samsung Droid Charge would be a good phone to get too. If you’re looking around, you can check out the WP7 phones too. I’m quite impressed with it when I played with it.
