I got some great advice last week from an older gent that lived through the last two busts on timing the bottom.
He said, “the time to buy is when everyone gives up.”
So I say lets watch schizo2buyORnot. When he posts that RE is a bottomless pit and there is no end in sight, *then* we buy!
