I find that the nice fancy Asian restaurants are usually more Americanize, which is not very good.
At the risk of sounding like I have no taste, is it just me, or does anyone else feel like PF Changs taste like….. well….. crap?
Personally, I would never pay myself to go. But at work, people always want to go there for celebration events, etc. I'm trying to understand the fascination with the food there. Yes, I understand it fusion food. To me, it seems like everything that comes out of the kitchen tastes the same with the same sauce. Doesn't matter if you order beef, chicken, or pork. Second, it's extremely salty even for my chinese standards. Third, the seafood always seems like it's overcooked (scallops come to mind).
