I drove past this place this past weekend as well, turns out it’s just around the corner from my wife’s cousin. You would not believe how crappy this place looks in person. I know there is furniture and belongings in the photos, but I don’t think anyone is living there now. The longer it sits the more it’s going to drag 4S down.
I remember from my real estate days how vacancy can produce undue wear on a house; far more than if people were actually living there. I think this place is a clear demonstration of that phenomenon.
