I drive through Rancho Bernardo often for business. In 2007 on the west side of 15:
– Two 2-story bldgs have been built. One rented to Broadcom, the other sits vacant.
– One 5 story bldg has been built. It sits vacant.
– Two more multistory (3 or 4?) buildings are going up.
Does the builder not know about the other two vacant bldgs?
