I don’t think they will have any impact on resale value. There are a number of complexes in Carmel Valley that have an affordable housing component. I believe Airoso by Standard Pacific is one. Sycamore Walk and Bella Rosa are the others. If you have a concern stroll down to the area around those palce and see what the neighbors have to say. Think you will see that they have 0 impact.
