I dont think there are any RP haters or MM haters around here. Both are mildly entertaining to us.
I also think MM might be confusing SD R and myself. I dont think either of us predicted 5 to 7% appreciation but I did say I wouldnt rule it out. Based upon what has gone down the last month I stand by that again.
