I don’t think it is highly likely that San Diego has areas with this specific kind of potential. The area formerly called “Southeast San Diego” maybe. Whites in El Cajon , Lakeside and Santee…maybe if a meth lab got shot up? Or lifted pick-up trucks were outlawed?
