I dont think An pulled those facts out of his ass. They are right there on http://www.sandag.org website. Who you chose to beleive depends upon where you sit. The sandag numbers show income in 2009 adju to 1999 dollars is up around 10% the places I checked (region, carlsbad & encinitas). I wouldnt be so quick to discredit those numbers just because they didnt fit my picture of the world nor would I accept them at face value because they do.
Beleive half of what you see and none of what of you read.
