I dont know whether that is an accurate statement. I’m just reporting on my business which isnt what others are necessarily seeing. I wouldnt work with a 100% buyer right now as I wouldnt be able to sleep knowing what a risk they were taking. The exception would be if the 100% financing was by choice rather than necessity.
