I don’t disagree that the prices are set very low to start the bidding . I am simply asking would you be uncomfortable buying at this price? In my book these prices satisy all my buy criteria. They meet my income and affordability. They also present rental opportunities with positive cash flow opportunities. Could you go lower in the next couple of years? I wouldn’t rule it out but I think at these levels I would be buying. Those levels obviously referring to opening bid prices.
