I do agree that action must be taken. However, I would like to see the big picture, and there are a couple of immediate options that make sense:

1) Write your congressman/senators/representative
= keep the status quo

2) Elections are in just a few months/day – let’s make our voices heard PROPERLY.
= DO NOT VOTE ANY INCUMBANT IN THE OFFICE AGAIN

I choose # 2 as the only message left to do. This message ought to be unified and strong.
