I currently have single family detached listings in Aliso Viejo (a bit of a fixer but low fees) and Lake Forest (beautiful remodelled home) in the 500 to 650K range. No problem getting good offers on either though not piles of offers. Sold something in Coto De Caza around 800 two months ago. No problem there either.
