i choked. I saw my life flash before my eyes. I don’t want to live and die on that patch of dirt. It wasn’t a spot I really wanted to be for 20 years. Although i don’t know, maybe it would have been all right. it was partly the fact that when i bid I said id pay closing costs, plus my wife wants a40,000 pool, so really we were going to be 125,000 out of pocket. ultimately, that was too much for me out of pocket.
