I can get the same weight loss results with long slow activities or more intense workouts(after a warm-up please). So can most people. However I prefer a balance. Too much slow takes a lot of time and I am bored to death and lose overall strength. A little too much and I am tired all the time. Too much intensity affects the my nervous system in ways I don’t like. It makes me want to fight with people on blogs. That can’t be good for my health. At the muscle fiber level I am genetically a middle of the road kind of guy. There are studies for all of this too.
