i am careening into 50 shortly. but my back is strong, like bull. 6 months of squats and deadlifts have made it tougher than at any time in my life. When I take a breath and brace my core, i feel like I can lift almost anything. I do not believe I will suffer a back injury. the weak link is this one tendon in my left leg. it hurts from time to time. everything else is like steel cable.
I have another year till i hit 50, and the goal is to continue to become stronger every month until then. AFter that, I hit the sauce.
