I already mentioned the 56 corridor at an earlier tread regarding Camino Del Sur (which was hijacked into a 4S is part of city of SD debate by OGB).
I mentioned the broad 56/Ted Williams belt way encompass the following zips: (92064, 92127, 92128, 92129, 92130, 92131). OBG, at the time you already professed you are unfamiliar with the area.
you then pull out a list of alternatives to the 56 corridor that include 5 areas within the above zipcodes, including 2 that actually straddle the 56.
and then you state I misunderstood you.
You originally asked me why the 56 corridor is a draw for professionals, I gave you the list of reasons. I think that is good enough.
I do not need to engage in a debate about why Clairemont and Pacific Beach and Tierrasanta are NOT even close when matched with the communities surrounding the 56 belt.
If you have been to these places yourself, it would be self evident. And yes I have been to every single one of these communities. But you have not. To you these are far flung outposts that you are unfamiliar with.
So once again I ask you, why keep debating and arguing about an area you know nothing about?
And once again I ask myself, why am I wasting my time?
