I almost feel like some buyers lately have some kind of “Three-day Holiday Sale” mentality. Somehow thinking that all these lower prices are going away soon. I don’t get it, but it’s the only thing I can come up with.
Otherwise, I don’t get it. That particular development has had several releases in the last two months alone and had seriously sold nothing (for a year!). If prices didn’t come down further (and they were already the lowest in 4S for SFRs), what else explains it?
Of course, that is unless you’re mistaken/unaware and there is something more to it. Do you know (and could you share) the actual prices/incentives?
