I agree with your post above… As for Stonebridge in the 700’s I have already seen several lower end homes in Stonebridge at that price. Stonebridge to me will crack 600 within a year or two and even at the lowest of low points could get beyond that… dare I say mid to low 500s? yeah I think at the bottom it will.
