I agree with gn about SEH. For that money, better to buy a resale in a better area such as RSF, Fairbanks or the Farms. A new tract home requires landscaping and improvements that will add to the cost.
SEH is not a multi-million dollar neighborhood. Do you want to pay $2 million and have your children hang out with the riff raffs?
