I agree with everything AN said and would like to see prices drop also. I live in one of the nicest family oriented communities in SD if not the US. When we bought our house it was affordable to policeman, park rangers, school teachers, fireman and ordinary folks who had made a little money on a previous residence and could put 20% down. One of my kids teacher lives several houses up the street. I would love to see that day come again where ordinary working families could afford neighborhoods like mine. Whether it happens or not doesnt really effect me but I wouldnt mind seeing it.
