I agree…very annoying. Agents these days will do anything to get you to look at their listing.
Quick sob story: A friend of mine overpaid $592k in Murrieta in August 2007 for a 4/3, 2,600-sf. There’s a 5/3 3,400-sf right down the street listed today for $385k…now that HURTS.
