I agree that job performance is not in question.
The military is different from other work places in that co-workers share cramped sleeping quarters/bathing areas for entire tours of duty, which can be very long . So, in the military people who are prone to sleeping with each other are generally given separate sleeping and bathing facilities.I would assume most women prefer to be kept separate, in these intimate situations, from most if not all male co-workers. Does a man who wants to bathe and sleep apart from men who lust after males have a right too?
