I actually saw this place with a client and they left very confused. There are 5 bedrooms, but two of them are not accessible from the main house. You have to go out on the patio to get to them. One of them used to be the garage as well. As it has been kinda cold the past two weeks that would be a cold walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
